Lilanda Primary School Computer Lab Revisited

In 2018 we revisited the Computer Lab at Lilanda Primary School and created a local network. 

Prince Takamado Basic School

The Embassy of Japan donated 70 computers to Prince Takamado Basic School in Bauleni, and a Computer Lab. As CFZS we were honoured to be the chosen to carry out the work of refurbishing and the classroom and turning it into a modern Computer Lab. We can't wait to see the improved exam results from this as a result of his generous donation.

Baraka Community Partnerships

We partenered with Baraka Community Partnerships to donate primary and secondary school textbooks to schools in rural schools across the country.

Barefeet Theatre

We worked with Barefeet Theatre; a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that aids vulnerable children. Through the power of performance, educational workshops and more, they hope to give former street children a chance at a better life. We donated a desktop computer to assist them with their learning and because we believe in the cause.

Zambia Open Community Schools

Another partnership with a local a non-governmental organisation (NGO); this time we partnered with Zambia Open Community Schools (ZOCS). They are currently affliated with 785 schools, which translates to more than 150,000 community school learners in Zambia


Lilanda Primary School Computer Lab

On the 23rd of June 2017 we opened a Computer Lab at Lilanda Primary School. 

Joseph Community Center IT Lab

February 2017, CFZS Donated a 25 Computer Lab to Joseph Community School. It was a rainy day but what a turn out!!! Linda Compound was very excited, we even had the Ward Councillor come through to support the opening and express appreciation for the Donated Computer Lab

Beit Trust Visit

Mr. Tim Johnson and Sir Andrew Pocock from Beit Trust visited us in Apri. What a joy it was to be  reminded about the genuine interest and concern, established Trusts like these have for our children in Zambian Schools.

Connecting Classrooms

Head Teachers presentation by CFZS. Thank you to the British Council for allowing us to inform the Head Teachers about who we are as CFZS.

CFZS Board Meeting

The  year started off very well with. CFZS had its first international Board Meeting with our UK Mother Charity and Suppliers- IT-Schools Africa, our Zambian Board Directors and the Zambia Programme Manager. We  also had our Malawi and Zimbabwe Programme Managers in country to. There was a focus on Strategizing how to meet our goals for the next two years.

Kafue District Presentation

We were allowed to give a presentation by the District Education Board (DEBS) at Manulu Primary School. The Head Teachers, in the Kafue area, were informed of the Computers, Laptops and free e-content we have and they were excited when we told them the price of our computers.
