Transform ICT Education in Zambia
To bridge the digital divide in Zambian education by providing schools with computers, training, and ongoing support. We believe every student deserves access to technology that prepares them for the modern world.
A Zambia where every school has the technology resources needed to provide quality education, and every student has the digital skills to thrive in the 21st century economy.
Computers For Zambian Schools was founded in 2005 by a group of educators and technology professionals who witnessed firsthand the challenges facing Zambian schools. Many students were graduating without ever having used a computer, putting them at a severe disadvantage in an increasingly digital world.
What started as a small initiative to equip five schools in Lusaka has grown into a nationwide movement. Today, we've distributed over 5,000 computers to 577 schools across Zambia, reaching nearly 10,000 students. But our work is far from done.
Every day, we work with schools, donors, and volunteers to expand access to technology education. We don't just deliver computers—we provide training, curriculum support, and ongoing maintenance to ensure lasting impact.
